It's important to ensure that the rebranding aligns with the target audience and overall brand messaging. Additionally, it's crucial to make sure that the website is optimized for search engines and mobile devices so that customers can easily find and engage with the site.



But before we dive into the project, let's take a look at their current website:

The Challenge

TC’s main problem is lack of design and basic user experience on the website. Users that want to buy cupcakes through the website encounter an unfamiliar and dated website, unlike most e-commerce sites that we see today. A lot of key features are missing and the pictures are low resolution.

Some popular rebranding strategies include incorporating more user-generated content, such as customer reviews, and adding new features such as online ordering or customization.

The Solution

Branding from scratch is required in this case:

✔️ Conventional layout and workflow for e-commerce shop
